I read about this story last night and figured it was post worthy.It follows a theme we've heard before: Rudy associated with bad people.
Don't forget that past behavior is the most reliable indicator for future performance.
Here are the relevant parts:
Judith Regan, the book publisher who was fired by the News Corporation last year, asserts in a lawsuit filed today that a senior executive at the media conglomerate encouraged her to mislead Federal investigators about her relationship (extramarital affair) with Bernard B. Kerik during his bid to become homeland security secretary in late 2004.
The lawsuit asserts that the News Corporation executive wanted to protect the presidential aspirations of former Mayor Rudy Giuliani, Mr. Kerik’s mentor, who had appointed him New York City police commissioner and had recommended him for the federal post.
Ms. Regan makes the charge at the start of a 70-page filing that seeks $100 million in damages for what she says was a campaign to smear and discredit her by her bosses at HarperCollins and its parent company, News Corp.

I have long said that I won’t vote for Giuliani, even in the general against Hillary, because something in my gut tells me that he is not a good person. I have always felt somewhat guilty for that considering I don’t know the man at all, but day by day my gut feelings are being confirmed. Rudy Giuliani is a man of poor judgement and moral corruption.
There are plenty of great candidatea for President; Romney, McCain, and Huckabee would all be just as effective a President as Giuliani, so why support him? Let’s rid ourselves of corruption where possible and stand behind a person of integrity and morals; the GOP has already had enough corruption scandals.
Side Note: It also is fitting that News Corp owns Fox News. Fox News has been the biggest cheerleader for Giuliani. I remember watching the last GOP debate and Fox was shameless in their love and admiration for Rudy. All of it is just one big circle of backroom dealing and special interest.
Rudy's friends are a mess. I'll go further. Rudy is a corrupt mess and hangs out with like-minded people.
