Public Policy Polling just released the new poll on NY-23 and their headline is "Hoffman Primed for Dominant Victory"
They polled thru the weekend of one surprise event after another, but here's the net net:
The bottom line though is that Hoffman led by double digits during every segment of the poll, an indication that he may have been headed for a definitive victory regardless of Scozzafava's actions over the course of the weekend.
So much for Dede's little fit of pique.
Do you think she'll flip in the assembly to caucus with the democrats next? Unbelievable.

If there is any lingering doubt in anybody's mind as to whether or not you can trust a RINO, hopefully Scozzafava's shabby tactics at the 11th hour should forever dispel those doubts.
You don't know Dede very well. And you didn't see the outside parade that rolled and distorted her record. I do live here. I saw the way she was treated and the lies spread about her that she couldn't fight against since so much outside money was coming in to run ads to make sure those voters that didn't know her got the Michelle Malkin version of who she is. I say GOOD FOR HER for endorsing Owens. He at least lives in the district and cares about the community.
ALSO:
Only $12,360 of the $265,341 he’s raised came from potential constituents. Hoffman collected money from donors in 35 states. Of the total 146 donors, only 22 were actually from within the district he hopes to represent. The campaign’s biggest backer is the Washington-based Club for Growth, accounting for more than one-third of all fundraising ($83,260).
Actually, Dede endorsed Owens because he was the local guy. He was the one who lived in the district and was knowledgeable about the local issues, of which Hoffman proved he wasn't up on.
