Rudy and the Liberal party?

I read the following about this video:

"The context here [of this video] is that, in New York, one can run on multiple ballot lines due to electoral fusion. Here, Rudy Giuliani is running on the Republican and Liberal Party lines.

I believe this was his 1993 race."

As Rudy squabbles with Hillary and the Democrats' mighty donor, MoveOn.org, he claims to be the liberals' "worst nightmare".

But, as we've made clear before, Rudy is not much of a conservative. In fact, he considered himself so progressive that his name was found on the liberal line of NYC ballots.
