How to win New York for Mitt

There are 47 days left until NY holds its presidential primary on February 5th.

NY for Mitt's goal is to see Governor Romney win the Whitehouse and that means first of all winning the primaries. The early state strategy being pursued by the Romney for President campaign is tried and true for as long as I can remember. Rather than rely on a flaky plan that you can lose all the states that vote before 20 states hold the closest thing to a national primary our generation has ever seen, winning the early states has always given unstoppable momentum to the candidate who's on top.

So what can New Yorkers do to prepare to get NY's delegates in Mitt's column?

First of all, you need to be registered in New York as a member of the Republican party. Not registered? You still have time, the deadline is January 11th. You can get the forms online here. Don't wait till January, do it as soon as possible. If you're registered in NY but have moved recently, you need to use that same form to update your address now. In either case you can mail the form or deliver it in person to your county Board of Elections.

If you've got any questions, post a comment or send an email to nyformitt -at- gmail (dot) com.
