Morning News

Hey, I'm back on-line. A few minutes ago I tried to log-in to the site, and I was told I had a "cookie" wrong. My wife's relatives only have dial-ip, so I thought I was not going to contribute for another day. I was overjoyed to have successfully logged in.

I was pleased that General Lee posted on my behalf yesterday. He posted earlier this year, but has been so busy at the university he forgot his password. I called him a panic while driving to D.C. yesterday. He found the Tancredo news and put it up immediately. Thanks, general!

Interesting stories:

#1: An innocent Huckabee Question on Mormonism? Not Quite. (Greg Shriber at Elect Romney in 2008)

Gotta love the Internet. While I was browsing through some old coverage of the Values Voters Summit I ran across a clip that looked strangely familiar. I did a little bit of digging and BINGO, it turns out that Huckabee’s claim that he just tossed out a completely impromptu question “rooted in genuine ignorance” of Mormons to the New York Times (no pre-meditation here folks) becomes a bit hard to believe. Judge for yourself – as far as I know this is a world exclusive.

#2: The person Huckabee called his: “foreign policy advisor”… (myclob at Elect Romney in 2008)

#3: Tancredo explains why he endorses Mitt Romney and not Ron Paul on Tucker

Tancredo about Mitt, "He can go the distance."

Later this morning we're driving to NC to visit my wife's sister. They also only have dial-up. I'll try to find a nearby public library to get tuned in and post once or twice.
