At one of the latest chances I head to listen to Romney's stump speech, I noticed a really good point he's emphasizing. Look at my record as Governor.
I watched Romney's run for governor. I observed how he came from behind against a heavily favorited Democrat candidate in an overwhelmingly Democrat state. And then I watched him govern, and he solved the state's budget deficit without raising taxes, he worked in a bi-partisan fashion to get health insurance for everyone in the state, and most of all, he kept his campaign promises.
That last point was what I'm noticing the campaign bring out now. Romney kept his campaign promises. How rare that is in today's political class.
Mitt Romney is a promise keeper, and we can count on him doing exactly what he says he'll do when he gets elected President.
