Hey did you notice something that just caught my eye? I've been watching the GOP returns all night, but then had a page with the Dem/GOP results side by side.
HILLARY DEFEATED MCCAIN
Ok, it's not like they were really in a head to head match-up. But the Democrats didn't campaign at all! And yet in an election where there were no delegates at stake and no real reason for those voters to come out, Hillary got about 150,000 more votes than McCain. Without even trying.
Our party needs to get behind the candidate who will bring the Reagan coalition together. After McCain's years in DC working against and dividing that Reagan team, the only candidate who can undo McCain's damage and bring our party together is Mitt Romney.
Updated at 4:45AM - With 99% in, Hillary got 163,519 more votes than McCain. 856,944 to 693,425.
