Looks like there's a knife fight going on for South Carolina, between Huckabee and Fred.
Nealie wrote about how at the debate Fred droped an anvil on Huckabee, accurately describing how Huckabee's policies and statements are more Democrat than Republican. Just like Mitt, Fred was only attacking Huckabee's positions, not making personal attacks.
Huckabee's response? More personal attacks, of course! At NRO's Campaign Spot, this is Huckabee on MSNBC's Morning Joe:
HUCKABEE: Well, I think Fred needs some Metamucil. I think it would help a lot if he gets some. You know, he was in a bad mood [at the debate].
BRZEZINSKI: Did he just say that?
HUCKABEE: But the truth is he's going to have to hope that this writers' guild strike ends soon. He needs some new lines, and he needs to get some good research. Because when he was out there calling me things like a liberal, of all the things I've been called that's a laughable line, that's gotta be one of the great ones.
Fred's response?
So Fred Thompson criticizes Huckabee's political positions, and Huckabee's response is...a juvenile personal insult? You stay classy, Huckabee.
Go get 'em, Fred.

Go Fred.
Someone else has to beat up on Huckleberry besides Mitt. Mitt's getting hammered by the Media hacks who definitely would not want him to be the GOP nominee. He needs some help exposing Huck and McCain.
We all know why the "hacks" are boosting Huck and McCain. They know that those two RINOs could not beat Omama or Hillary (they are too similar).
Mitt would clean their clocks.
