Michigan for Romney

Today's the primary we've all been waiting for. Thought I'd share this from Steve at Michiganders for Romney:

I plan on casting my vote for Mitt Romney because I believe that he is the most committed to Michigan’s economic woes, and the most qualified to be President of the United States. There is a strange finality to voting tomorrow because I have been an enthusiastic supporter of his since I first saw him speak on C-SPAN’s Q & A program in March of 2006. I was immediately impressed with his intelligence, plain-spoken manner, and his life experience. The more I learned about his professional experience, the more that I was convinced that this was the man who could bring excitement back to the G.O.P. with conservative principles tested in life experience.

I attended my first political rally at Lawrence Tech University in Southfield, Michigan on Sunday, and I left the campaign event smiling because I knew that I was going to cast my vote for the most qualified person for President of the United States. I kept thinking how proud Americans could be of a man who has been successful in the private sector, on the international stage, and as the governor of the most liberal state in the nation (arguably-Californians don’t get your feathers ruffled). Regardless of if his path towards the Republican nomination continues to march forward tomorrow or not, I am excited to see what venture Mitt Romney will make successful next..

I would like to take this opportunity to thank Mitt Romney supporters everywhere, and readers of this blog. In addition, I would like to thank Ann Marie Curling for the opportunity to contribute to Mitt’s campaign for President as the chief blogger at Michiganders for Romney. I look forward to tomorrow when I can post about Mitt’s win in The Great Lakes State.
