Mitt wins the Money Primary

The Romney numbers are in now, and he's won the money primary. Bigtime!

For the 4th Quarter, here's what the top two campaigns brought in
  • Romney - $27 Million
  • McCain - $6.7 Million

Not Even Close. Even when you take out Romney's personal contributions, he's still way ahead of McCain. Now McCain's in debt to lobbyists and got that loan by offering his supporters donor info (which he promised not to do!!! How's that for Straight Talk Detours?) as collateral.

If McCain can't manage his campaign's finances honestly, how can he be expected to run the country's? Oh wait, he's a guy who said he still needs help understanding economics.

Folks, this is all thanks to you that we're able to keep the campaign going strong. I can't say enough how much your contributions you've made thru our site mean to me personally, and Mitt as well. You're making the difference!!! And we are going to wrestle this nomination from McCain even if we have to take it all the way to the convention. Lets keep those donations coming! We're on the air nationally and working every state we can and you + Mitt are making it happen.

Schwarzenegger and Rudy (and many others with plenty of money) have now endorsed McCain. At some point McCain is going to have to ask for money instead of endorsements.

Lip service doesn't by mailers or TV ads.
