G-d, I hope so. My mood these days goes from mildly optimistic, to deeply depressed. Yesterday I listened to Dennis Prager speak with Stephen Hayes about what a crock the recent Democrat Senate report on Iraq is (and how lame the Bush administration has been on refuting the "lies" meme.
We need good a good, smart, articulate VP to create and run a great Presidency MITT IS IT.

cool!
When Mitt first began to back McCain my view of McCain was slightly altered and I thought a McCain-Romney ticket would be satisfactory. But as time as has passed I really cannot bring myself to support McCain. In fact, I've become increasingly disappointed with the strength of Mitt's backing of McCain and I'm unsure that I could vote for McCain even with Romney on the ticket. It's not about any bitterness. It's simply that McCain is backwards ideologically, less than capable intellectually and questionable morally. And since the VP is pretty much a suit and little more, adding Romney just doesn't do enough to make me want that ticket.
National politics depresses me these days. I've pretty much started focusing on Congressional elections entirely. Frankly, I really don't care which of these liberal-to-moderate presidential-candidate clowns wins the White House.
