IBD.I've heard 93 Dems and 130+ Republicans vote against this bill. So, it wasn't only the fault of the GOP.
Nancy could have likely gotten more votes out of the GOP if she hadn't angered many of them with her last-minute lecture.

Is is just me, or is anyone else sick of Speaker Pelosi? She's a caustic one, not right for this role, certainly not at this time.
