Iowa Marriage Ruling

Mitt Romney responds to the ruling: “I believe marriage is a relationship between a man and a woman and the definition of marriage should be left to the people and not to activist courts.”

Iowa's Supreme Court legalized gay marriage Friday in a unanimous and emphatic decision that makes Iowa the third state -- and first in the nation's heartland -- to allow same-sex couples to wed.
