One of my favorite Congressmen, Jason Chaffetz from Utah, weighs in on the so-called "Cap and Trade" legislation that is before Congress on this YouTube video.
Rep. Chaffetz rightly identifies this bill as the monstrous new tax that it truly is. Anyone who turns on lights, uses computers, watches television, cools their home in the summertime, anyone who uses any kind of utilities, will suffer the effects of this bone headed legislation if it passes.
