After failing to achieve what was necessary to stay in the race, at least one more of Mitt Romney's challengers has quit the race.
It wasn't Fred Thompson, not officially anyway. Not yet. This afternoon Duncan Hunter called it quits.
It will be interesting to see what he decides to do with the delegate he got in Wyoming. And who and if he decides to endorse. But given that Tom Tancredo endorsed Mitt and Tom and Duncan were both running their campaigns on anti-illegal-immigration more than anything... Mitt would be the most likely to get the nod.
It would be a nice boost in California's primary to have another local star on the team.
