Romney was not the choice, and what has to be an even dumber move apparently was not asked to play any substantial role in the campaign. That just compounded McCain's Romney blunder.

GOP primary voters made the biggest blunder by choosing McCain, the maverick. Maverick means erratic. Imagine losing to the man with the thinnest resume in the history of American presidency. This guy sure is overrated by the media. He should retire his senate seat before he will do more damage to the country buy voting with Obama and the Democratic left for his own survival.
